Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to our delivery partners.

📦 The "Safe-Weight" Packaging System

To ensure that your groceries (especially heavy staples like Atta and Rice) arrive in perfect condition without breaking, we limit our boxes to a safe maximum weight of 20kg per box.

What if I order more than 20kg? You can absolutely order more! Our system automatically calculates how many boxes are needed to safely transport your groceries. When your order rolls over into a second or third box, the shipping rate and the free delivery threshold will automatically adjust (as seen in the tables above) to ensure your items are packed securely in multiple parcels.

⏱️ Delivery Times

  • Belgium & Netherlands: 1–2 business days.

  • Germany, France, & Luxembourg: 3–5 business days.

Free Local Pickup

Skip the shipping transit time and pick up your order directly from our location!

  • Location: Willebroek, Belgium.

  • Cost: Always FREE, with no minimum order value.

  • How it works: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will notify you via email when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).

  • Pickup Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 / Monday - Friday.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier's system.

Damages and Issues

We pack our glass jars, spices, and heavy bags with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at indianspicebasket.be@gmail.com  or via the website contact us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
