1. Agreement to Terms By accessing and placing an order with Indian Spice Basket, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Indian Spice Basket.

2. Products and Services

We sell authentic Indian grocery products including spices, rice, flour, ready-to-eat items, and other pantry staples
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person or per order
Product availability is subject to stock levels

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout
Payment must be received before order processing begins
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, and Germany.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Failed Delivery & Non-Collection: If a package is returned to us because the recipient was not available, provided an incorrect address, refused the delivery, or failed to collect the package from a designated pickup point within the carrier's timeframe, this will be treated as a withdrawal of the order.

5. Returns, Shipping Charges & Food Safety

Return Shipping Costs: In accordance with EU Consumer Rights, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal (as outlined in Section 4), the actual return shipping costs charged by the carrier (e.g., DPD) will be deducted from your refund.
Free Shipping Threshold: If your order qualified for free shipping (eg: orders above €39/€49), this only applies to the outbound shipment. If the order is returned to us due to customer fault or non-collection, the cost of the return journey remains the responsibility of the customer.
Product Quality: All products are stored and handled following food safety standards. Expiration dates are checked before shipping.
Sensitive Dry Goods: While our dry goods have a shelf life exceeding 3 months, they may be sensitive to temperature fluctuations and the environment during extended transit times caused by failed deliveries. We reserve the right to assess a reduction in value if the product quality has been compromised by the extended time spent in a courier's warehouse due to non-collection.
Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of grocery products, items cannot be returned once the original seal or packaging is opened or tampered with.

6. Limitation of Liability

Indian Spice Basket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary restrictions - please check product ingredients carefully

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Indian Spice Basket
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission

8. Privacy
